Where Space, Serenity and Style Meet
Tucked away on a quiet no-exit road in one of the area's most sought-after rural pockets, this large family home offers a sense of calm, space and understated luxury. Set on an easy-care 3008sqm (more or less) section, sweeping rural views unfold to Mt Pirongia, where golden sunsets mark the end of each day. Peacefully private yet conveniently located just 6km to Te Awamutu and approximately 30km to Hamilton, the lifestyle here is effortless, with a swimming pool for long summer afternoons and a generous shed completing the wish list of a truly exceptional lifestyle property.
Inside, the home unfolds beautifully with thoughtful design and excellent separation of spaces. Four generous bedrooms and two bathrooms are thoughtfully laid out, with the master suite privately positioned at one end of the home, creating a true sanctuary away from the rest of the household. Two living areas offer flexibility for families or entertaining, while a clever study nook provides the perfect work from home solution. High stud, light filled living areas connect effortlessly to the outdoors, creating an easy flow for both everyday living and special occasions. The internal access double garage completes the indoors.
Outside is where the lifestyle truly shines. A pergola sits alongside the saltwater swimming pool, forming an inviting hub for summer gatherings, relaxed evenings and long lunches with friends. Expansive lawns provide room to play, while the large shed with concrete floor is perfect for a campervan and adds exceptional storage for vehicles or projects. With outstanding views, a popular rural setting and a home designed to enjoy it all, this is a place where memories are made and the pace of life feels just right.

Ray White - Te Awamutu
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
It is my absolute pleasure to be part of the rural and lifestyle team at Ray White Te Awamutu. I have been a dairy farmer in the Waipa District all of my adult life and I’m proud to say that I am a local - the countryside, the location and most importantly, the people.
I have great pride in saying that Te Awamutu is my hometown. My wife Bev and I were both schooled locally and now have three wonderful adult daughters, two that live locally and one a bit further afield in Wellington. Our seventeen year old son is still living at home and working as an apprentice mechanic in a local garage.
We have been Waipa residents for as long as we can remember and love this district and its surrounds, with the natural beauty of the mountain and the rolling hills close to our hearts."I love being involved in our community and have had varied involvement over the years on School Boards, farming related organisations, our local theatre and also our Church.
My aim in Real Estate is to help clients and customers achieve their goals, with a successful outcome and happy customers being the driver that keeps me passionate and motivated in my work".
