Tanya has over 30 years of experience selling property in the Bay of Plenty, during which time she has sold over 350 properties, including first homes and rental investments, through to multi-story apartments and beautiful beachside lifestyle properties.
During the 1990s to early 2000s, Housing New Zealand worked with Tanya to source hundreds of homes for the corporation. This massive initiative and experience helped Tanya gain valuable insight into rental properties.
Alongside her husband Kevin, the couple has owned, managed and renovated over 20 properties. In addition, they have subdivided and built around 40 properties around Tauranga, Te Puke, Rotorua and Mount Maunganui. This experience has grown Tanya's network of contractors, subbies, decorators, cleaners, solicitors, accountants and valuers.
Tanya now owns and manages TDRealty as a qualified Agent and is a member of REINZ and a licensed salesperson.
