Pat began her real estate career in Auckland in the late 1990s. After moving to the Eastern Bay of Plenty in 2000 she became the region’s most successful and awarded Property Manager. Switching companies in 2010 she remained in Property Management until 2016, when she chose to continue in real estate as a Sales Consultant. She quickly established herself as one of Whakatane’s leading property listing agents, specializing in residential and lifestyle properties. Pats' passion for property, outstanding communication skills, and genuine empathy with clients from all walks of life have resulted in her having a large and loyal client base. She understands that for most, the buying or selling of property represents a significant chapter in their life, so the standard of service they expect to receive from their sales agent must be nothing less than exceptional.

Growing up in the Coromandel gave Aaron a deep appreciation for the value of community and connection. After spending most of his working life in New Zealand’s larger cities, he’s loving being back in small-town New Zealand, meeting people, building new relationships, and doing meaningful work.

Coming to real estate with more than 30 years working in sales and offering outstanding customer service, Aaron brings all his experience to EVES in Whakatāne. He’s known for his ability to connect with people, understanding individual needs, and providing exceptional service, ensuring buyers and sellers are well-supported at every stage of their real estate journey. He’s a self-proclaimed ‘hopeful’ fisherman, always keen to cast a line and try his luck on the water. You might even find him in the garden.
