Debbie has over 27 years’ experience in listing and selling residential, rural, and commercial properties in Wellington, the Coromandel Peninsula (including Cooks Beach, Hahei, Hot Water Beach, Tairua, and Coroglen) Tauranga and The Mount, New Plymouth and Rotorua.
Debbie has gained many awards and has consistently been a top-performing agent within the real estate industry. As well as amassing an array of awards for her outstanding performance in the market, Debbie has also had experience managing offices and teams within the industry.
Debbie has a true love of people from all walks of life and joins the Team at EVES to bring her experience and love of Real Estate to a long-established Brand in the Bay of Plenty. She recently completed a 16-month contract with Bayley’s Taranaki and returns home to Rotorua to work for its sister company EVES.
Rotorua is her home. She says it has a ‘special spirit of the people’ which can only be described as “a sense of family” that in her opinion is usually only found in small towns in New Zealand.
She loves matching people with property and specializes in the high end of the market, Rental Portfolios and working with developers. She recently sold a 40+ section subdivision in Owhata, Rotorua, working with the developers for 3 years until Titles were issued.
