Tony Skegg is a name well recognised and respected in Mount Maunganui real estate circles. In a career spanning over 30 years, Tony has amassed vast experience and an impressive record as a leading salesperson, negotiator, Branch Manager and mentor. From 2006 to 2019 Tony was Branch Manager of the highly successful Bayleys Mount Maunganui sales team. During his tenure the Bayleys Mount office became the market leader, winning numerous awards and national recognition. These achievements culminated in his team winning the highly coveted REINZ accolade of the nationwide “Small Residential Office of the Year - Highest Gross Commissions”. This prestigious award was won in back to back years, 2017 and 2018.

In 2019, following the birth of Tony and Sarah’s second daughter, Tony called time on his management career and moved back into a sales role with the Bayleys Mount team. Family is the cornerstone of Tony’s world. A totally committed family guy, Tony considers himself to be a very lucky “older dad” of two beautiful girls Lulu 8 and Vonnie 6. Tony and Sarah are active supporters of the local Omanu Primary School and Omanu Surf Club.
