Privately positioned up a driveway and elevated for expansive rural views, this modern lifestyle retreat offers peace, privacy and everyday practicality in equal measure. Built in 2018 by Lunix Homes, the 215sqm (more or less) residence delivers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and effortless family living, all set on a 4965sqm (more or less) section. With a saltwater swimming pool, generous indoor-outdoor flow and a tranquil setting that feels removed from the everyday rush, this is a home where you can truly slow down and settle in.
Inside, the home feels instantly impressive with a high stud enhancing the sense of space and light throughout the open plan living zone. Polished concrete floors ground the living area beautifully, adding both style and durability, while doors open to decking on both sides, inviting the outdoors in. The living space is kept comfortable year-round with a heat pump and wood burner, complemented by ducted heating through the bedroom wing and a SmartVent ventilation system. Four well-proportioned bedrooms provide flexibility for families, with the master suite offering a peaceful retreat complete with ensuite and walk-around wardrobe.
The land is thoughtfully utilised, with flatter areas around the home for a trampoline and a generous lawn at the top providing space for children to play, while the section slopes away below into a planted bank that enhances privacy and outlook. A cleared area further down offers potential for a shed, subject to council consent. The saltwater swimming pool creates a private haven for summer days, and with two water tanks plus an easement to a neighbouring bore, water supply is well covered. Situated well back from the road with a school bus at the gate to Pirongia School, this peaceful location is approximately 17 minutes to Te Awamutu, around 30 minutes to Hamilton, and moments from Pirongia village with its Four Square, cafe, much-loved bakery and monthly markets.
Offering a rare blend of elevation, tranquillity and modern ease, this is lifestyle living that truly feels like an escape. Make viewing a priority to avoid disappointment.

Ray White - Te Awamutu
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
It is my absolute pleasure to be part of the rural and lifestyle team at Ray White Te Awamutu. I have been a dairy farmer in the Waipa District all of my adult life and I’m proud to say that I am a local - the countryside, the location and most importantly, the people.
I have great pride in saying that Te Awamutu is my hometown. My wife Bev and I were both schooled locally and now have three wonderful adult daughters, two that live locally and one a bit further afield in Wellington. Our seventeen year old son is still living at home and working as an apprentice mechanic in a local garage.
We have been Waipa residents for as long as we can remember and love this district and its surrounds, with the natural beauty of the mountain and the rolling hills close to our hearts."I love being involved in our community and have had varied involvement over the years on School Boards, farming related organisations, our local theatre and also our Church.
My aim in Real Estate is to help clients and customers achieve their goals, with a successful outcome and happy customers being the driver that keeps me passionate and motivated in my work".
