Tim began his career as a cadet for a top-performing Christchurch agent before being recruited by Barfoot & Thompson in Auckland as an auctioneer. Over the years, he has called more than 12,000 auctions in Auckland and Christchurch, refining his ability to read the market, negotiate under pressure, and deliver outstanding results.

Now, returning to sales with renewed energy, Tim offers clients a unique advantage — his deep understanding of property from both the auction floor and personal experience. Having bought and sold his own homes, his marriage to a Partner in a local law firm, and the motivation of raising two young sons have given him a well-rounded perspective on the real estate journey.
