Beach Road is the iconic Pohutukawa-lined waterfront address where life is all about making the most of the outdoors, entertaining, and enjoying the beauty right on your doorstep. Imagine starting your morning with sparkling harbour views, watching the birdlife from the deck, then heading out for a walk along the boardwalk, a cycle, a spot of fishing, or perhaps a sail.
This is a home that invites you to slow down, soak up the sunshine and enjoy a truly enviable waterfront lifestyle. Beautifully presented and north facing, the home is designed to capture the views from East to West. The large deck becomes a natural extension of the living spaces, perfect for barbecues with friends and family, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine while yachts race and cruise ships glide across the harbour.
Inside, the atmosphere is equally inviting. Spacious, sun-filled living areas provide plenty of room to gather, with a gracious lounge centred around a gas fire, a formal dining room and a cosy kitchen nook. Upstairs, a second retreat offers another peaceful space to relax, or perform office duties. For those who love to cook the beautifully appointed spacious kitchen delivers generous bench space and a scullery. Two beautiful bathrooms have underfloor heating, while the lift adds an extra level of convenience and future-proofs the home.
Beyond the main house, a separate studio and large workshop create flexibility for guests, hobbies, creative pursuits or working from home. A supersized garage will keep the car enthusiasts happy. Citrus trees, a rose garden and tropical planting add to the sense of serenity. And when you do venture out, Cherrywood shopping centre, medical facilities, the Bridge club and the golf course are nearby. You will love this fabulous lifestyle forever. Take the time to view such a rare opportunity.
