As a lifelong local resident of Tauranga, Dane has seen plenty of changes that this great city has had over the years. Dane’s father started the family business Crockford Real Estate in 1974 from humble beginnings and grew it to become a household name. In 2008 the natural progression for Dane was to join the family business and quickly realised that his passion was to sell real estate specialising in selling lifestyle and rural properties throughout Tauranga. In 2020 Dane became a director and a decision was made to rebrand the business to join the Ray White family - a name synonymous with the property and real estate industry.

Dane’s goal is to provide a service that delivers results in a friendly, less stressful environment and is supported by a dedicated hardworking team who strive to continue to establish and maintain a reputation for hard work, honesty, integrity and professionalism alongside their strong family values.

I grew up in Mount Maunganui, and the Bay of Plenty has always been home. Living in this region has shaped my strong appreciation for its community, lifestyle, and sense of belonging. Being family-oriented, I understand how important it is to find a home that truly supports your lifestyle and future goals. This perspective underpins my approach to real estate and the care, integrity, and commitment I bring to every client relationship.

With over 10 years of experience in advertising, I bring a strong background in marketing, communication, and audience engagement. Having worked across both print and digital platforms, I know how to present a property at its best and connect it with the right buyers.
