The home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen-dining plus a separate lounge.
Adding value are the updates and the layout. One part of the home includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, open plan kitchen & dining and a separate lounge. The third bedroom is set up in a studio-style configuration with its own sitting area, a modern bathroom with underfloor heating, a kitchenette and separate access. It's the perfect guest suite or parent's retreat.
A wood burner and double glazing ensure year-round comfort, while the home opens to a spacious deck designed for endless summer living and entertaining. The fenced rear section offers a private place for family games or gardeners to potter.
There's also a separate double garage and plenty of parking for friends, family and the boat.
In this rare and highly appealing location with Lake Rotoiti, Lake Rotorua and the Ohau Channel nearby, there's plenty of outdoor adventure on offer, and the ever-popular Okere Falls cafe and store is just minutes away. Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
