Jane joined the Bayleys Christchurch Ferrymead Office in 2018 after being with the Bayleys Rangiora team since 2008 and working for another real estate company, for four years. With her two grown up children now living in Christchurch she has moved back to “the hills” she grew up on and loves walking her dog Bodhi on the beach and surrounding tracks. In selling residential, rural and lifestyle properties, Jane draws on her Bachelor of Agriculture degree from Lincoln, and personal experience in both buying and selling, in these markets.

Jane brings a wealth of life experience to her real estate career. Previously employed by Lincoln College’s Animal Sciences Department, and the New Zealand Wool Board, Jane also spent eight years in banking. “The crossover from banking to real estate, gives me a full understanding of the importance of trustworthiness and confidentiality, when dealing with the sale and purchase of people’s homes - probably the biggest investment they will ever make. It is exciting to help people achieve their dreams”.

Jane works with clients in all price brackets, and uses Bayleys marketing expertise to prioritise key buyers, and her negotiation skills to obtain the highest price possible for her Vendors.
