Having spent the better part of 10 years designing, building and being heavily involved in the world of construction and architecture, working across the ditch, here in New Zealand and even in Germany, Tim has a detailed appreciation for real estate and its origins. Tim knows a few things about the built world, whether it be residential or commercial. In his former role in Recruitment Tim used his well trained eye for detail which enabled him to become one of the lead recruiters in his field. How he works?

Methodical and thorough are some of the more compelling traits Tim bestows. He comes by this naturally and to be fair our clients thank us for it as he has an adept ability of making sure T’s are always crossed and I’s are always dotted. Known to be a great conversationalist amongst his peers and work colleagues Tim also has an extraordinary parochial laugh which can often rattle the foundations of many a building…that being said his happy jovial demeanour is an attribute that entices people from all walks of life, which is a convenient advantage in the business of selling property.

Who he is?

A surfer, a family man, a sportsman, a funnyman and good bugger who will give his shirt off his back and will be there at the bitter end what ever the test or challenge. He has the energy of a Springbok and a the determination of a Lion quite simply a bloke most would be happy to say “mate” to!
