As a true Bay of Plenty local, Janelle takes great pleasure in having lifelong relationships in the Mount Maunganui, Papamoa Beach, Te Puke and Pukehina communities. It is through this vast network of friends, family and associates that she has cultivated a rich foundation of connections throughout her real estate career.

Having completed a Batchelor of Law Honours Degree at the University of Waikato and former Solicitor at Cooney Lees and Morgan, not only does Janelle have the ‘edge’ when it comes to property contracts, legal documentation and deciphering Land Titles and instruments, but this transposes over into strong confidence at the negotiation table.

In late 2016 Janelle left practicing Law to team with her real estate award-winning husband Quintin, and together they have been the driving force behind Ray White's Team Q.
