Pip Woodhouse-Shea along with her Partner David Davidson is delighted to introduce the One Agency brand to the Bay of Plenty, having been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2003 in Tauranga.
She has lived in Tauranga since 1986 and has previously specialised in selling Residential Real Estate throughout the Bay of Plenty. Pip has had a high level of success having sold well in excess of 120 million dollars worth of property.
Together with David, they have formed a multi award winning team, setting sales records in many of Tauranga's most sought after addresses.

Pips background includes Sales Management, Public Relations, Promotions and Marketing, Advertising and Sales prior to joining real estate in 2003 and she has a high level of competence in her chosen field.

She has loved building relationships with the vendors and purchasers who chose her to assist them in their housing needs. She has seen many changes within the industry In particular the strong influence the internet now has in marketing properties, especially with the use of quality photography.
