Derryns passion for property stems from a vision of loving the real estate industry. While her background was Project Management in IT for large manufacturing companies, it wasn't long before she sought a career in real estate.

Not being satisfied with being just a salesperson, Derryn went to Massey University to study property and completed her Business Diploma majoring in Real Estate. During that time, she opened her own real estate office looking after the property needs of her clients in both sales and property management.

Derryns first ever sale was a lifestyle property in Bombay, and it didn't take long to catch the sales bug where she focused her energy across properties in the South Auckland area.

Having achieved a high level of sales success herself, including multiple centurion awards, her office and team were constantly ranked in the top 21 for Australasia and the top 3 for New Zealand, with 3 consecutive years at Number 1.

Not only is Derryn supported by an award-winning sale team, but she has also received the highest award in Century 21 Australasia, being the coveted ‘Hall of Fame’ award.
