Grow your own future

Saddleview Greens Limited presents an exciting opportunity to take over a successful hydroponic growing business with over 20 years of operation, combined with the appeal of a lifestyle property. Supplying quality lettuces, kale, spinach and watercress throughout Otago, including Central Otago, Southland and Canterbury, the business has built a strong customer base and established distribution relationships across wholesale markets and the hospitality industry.

Product quality is at the heart of Saddleview Greens, with approximately 80% of turnover generated by lettuce and the balance from kale, spinach and watercress. Supported by purpose-built growing infrastructure, 17 tunnel houses, numerous garaging and outbuildings, a modern four-bedroom family home and sleepout, the operation offers a solid platform for continued success.

Over the past 14 years, our vendors have built Saddleview Greens into a successful business they are proud of, with a proven track record of profitability and further potential for growth and expansion.

For those passionate about the rural or horticulture industry, or looking for a change, this is a great opportunity to step into an established operation and enjoy a rewarding lifestyle in the horticulture industry.
