Renovate or Detonate!

Once a grand home enjoying sweeping views across Rotorua's suburbs and lake, this property has certainly seen better days. The views haven't changed, but the house has and is now ready for someone with vision, experience and a serious renovation plan. Set on a sloping 1,808sqm (approx) section, the two-level home offers approximately 250sqm of floor space and plenty of scope to restore it to something special. This is no weekend DIY project! A full makeover is required, making this one best suited to a builder or experienced renovator who can see beyond the current condition and recognise the potential.

Viewing will be limited.

Due to the significant renovation required to the interior of the property open access will not be provided however interior photos and viewing though the windows gives you a view of the interior and the renovation possibilities. This property is a serious renovator's dream!
