Linda Van Dijk represented me in the sale of my property at Paremata in early 2008,while she was working at the local Harcourts branch. The property was unusual in character and from the outset it was apparent not a straightforward sale. However Linda was not deterred by this prospect and constructed a plan of attack with enthusiasm and optimism, considering the added problem of a depressed property market. The advertising was aimed at a particular group of buyers and subsequently proved to be accurate. Plus the boost of Sunday Open Homes the house was sold. The eventual purchaser was exacting and consequently the dealing became protracted which Linda handled with much diplomacy and skill. I would have no hesitation in recommending Linda to anybody wishing to sell their property. She was a good-natured, honest and humorous person whose stamina and determination finalised the sale.

Me and my wife Sarcha started looking for a house several months ago, we didnt know what we wanted at first, all we knew was that we wanted to live in Titahi Bay, when Linda first showed us around she was very helpful, and told us everything we needed to know. I think that I’m pretty close to being Linda’s longest client before we finally found the right house. It seemed for quite some time that my partner and I would never agree on what we wanted in a home, but Linda persevered and EVERY Tuesday I would get an update on what was happening, i.e. new listings, information on properties I had viewed etc, which after some time gave me a real feel for the market. I had some brief dealings with other Real Estate companies who either wouldn’t return my phone calls or if they showed me a property I wouldn’t commit to I would never hear from them again.
