Background
Christine brought her experience in marketing, real estate and teaching communication skills to Harcourts in Katikati in 2004. Her blend of professional skills and experience became a benchmark offering vendors full support with professionally researched information and ongoing communication throughout the whole sale and marketing experience.

Christine’s husband Brian is now Christine’s personal assistant. His experience in the community and as a columnist on council matters is providing further support for Christine for her marketing and research to help her provide a thoroughly professional service for her clients.

Christine is regularly the top seller and lister within the branch and has regularly featured in the top 50 Achievers Award for consultants in Harcourts Central North Island area. For the year 2014 –2015 she was in the top 20 Achievers.

Buying or selling a house can be a very stressful time. Christine’s vendors have benefited from her sensitivity and understanding. Understanding her client’s needs and helping them plan their next moves are a high priority. Lynda joined Harcourts as a Sales Consultant in 2004 marketing both residential and lifestyle properties in Katikati. Seven of those years she worked in a partnership and her rating achieved regular success in the Harcourts Central Region.

Prior to Harcourts Lynda was employed as Sales and Customer Services Manager for Hertz Car Leasing in Auckland for 11 years.

Lynda believes in developing long term relationships with both her clients and colleagues and this could be no more evident from the repeat and referral business over the years, testament to her high level of customer service.
