I have been selling Real Estate since 1991 from a background in the Personal Assistant field working mainly within the legal and medical professions.

I found my passion working in Real Estate as I enjoy working with people and really love Wellington which is such a beautiful vibrant city. I have lived overseas throughout my life including Canada, Scotland, England and United States and always feel like Wellington has something more to offer than any other city in the world. Working in Real Estate I find I can share my passion for the city with the people I am selling or finding homes for.

My belief is that Real Estate is about service and communication to people both selling property and buying property. I like to work with the vendors closely when selling, arranging the right marketing plan to suit and preparing their home for sale. Negotiation is the name of the game at the end and the right negotiation brings about a successful sale - this is the part that I find most enjoyable. Likewise with buyers I endeavour to ensure they will get the home they are happy with that will work for them and so fulfil their dreams.

I completed my AREINZ (Management papers) in Real Estate in 2000 which has given me a greater understanding of problems that can arise and the knowledge of how to deal with them. I enjoy a lot of repeat business from past clients - the best compliment any agent can get.

Lorraine’s career in real estate started in 2000 property managing and tenanting city apartments throughout the Wellington area. She then specialised in the marketing and sales of apartments and has now been successfully selling residential homes and apartments all over Wellington for the past eighteen years.
