The main living is exceptionally large has been relined and in keeping with the rest of the main level of the home has been redecorated in today's style including new modern one run carpet. The gib on one wall of this room has been indented to provide a platform and hidden wiring for a very large flat screen TV and surround sound entertainment system. Large doors open out to a recently construction enormous deck which enhances the stunning views both day and night over native bush and out to the Harbour and facilitates an extended entertaining area.

Sited in Popular Belmont which has that away from it all feeling with large stands of native bush but so close to the Hutt facilities. It is zoned for 2 popular public primary schools, Kelson & Belmont. The Maranatha Christian School is close by and many Belmont families carpool or walk the track to the Steiner School which is also handy. At the Belmont lights it is only 2 minutes drive to the Melling Bridge into Lower Hutt and the Melling Rail and direct access into Wellington about 10-15 minutes drive out of peak traffic.
Don't miss this property which could be the ultimate family home in an affordable price range or even great for couples who need loads of space.
