The street appeal of this immaculate Petone home gives you a glimpse of its charm, but doesn't totally prepare you for the warm ambiance inside.
The home has the best of both worlds with the character of its era intact and, for ease of modern day living, a more contempory edge after renovations.
There's an easy practical flow as 3 large bedrooms with great built-in wardrobes open from the long hallway which then extends into a spacious light and sunny open plan kitchen, dining and living room.
The kitchen has great storage, plenty of bench space, all mod cons and is so charming it almost begs you to stay in and cook up all sorts of delights, particularly because you will not be shut off from your family and friends whilst you enjoy your work.
There is a separate laundry and a fresh looking modern bathroom.
The décor is stylish & modern and designed for easy living and includes new quality carpet and curtains and because it is well insulated and heated it really is a comfortable haven to come home to.
However the piece de resistance is the sun baked, fenced rear yard which boasts a manicured but easy-care lawn and garden and a gas, built in bbq and fridge. The yard has direct access from the living room's French doors which allows the family to move freely from indoors to out and makes leisure time a breeze to enjoy.
This is your chance to purchase a beautifully renovated home in Petone; such a popular location because of its proximity to Lower Hutt & Petone's shops, cafes, schools, the train and bus, swimming pools the growing number of top boutiques and galleries and of course famous Eastbourne and Petone beaches - what a lifestyle!
