IMPECCABLY RENOVATED CHARACTER HOME

NEGOTIATION RV $480,000

For the first time in 30 years the opportunity has arisen to purchase this charming 1930's bungalow with a renovation which includes the insulation of the walls, ceiling and most of the underfloor to keep in the warmth of the sun through its north facing windows, sky lights and the gas heating.

The driveway slopes gently up to elevate the home slightly from the road to keep it high and dry and away from traffic noise. The house has the advantage of opening out to a large flat (812m2) landscaped lawn and vegetable garden.

The kitchen and bathroom are modern but in keeping with the era of its construction.

There is a 2nd separate living room with double doors to the very spacious living, dining kitchen area which also includes a large study area.

The living has doors out to a terrific semi enclosed bbq area ideal to capture the sun but keep out the rain and wind. . This wonderful casual entertaining area even has its own toilet and hand basin. . This area leads to the double garage creating an internal access feature seldom found in homes of this era

This is an ideal home for a business couple or smaller family who appreciate the charm of the 1930's but prefer today's comfort and conveniences and would prefer to live in an area which has that away from it all feeling but will easy access to the City's facilities.
