HIGH $300,000's
From the road you have no idea of the little 'haven' which lays beyond the gates. As you approach the front door the delightful private garden gives you some appreciation that the owners for the past 22 years have created a special environment to live in.
The gleaming native timber floor boards (with under-floor insulation) give you a wonderful sense of warmth and remind us of the quality materials that these older homes are constructed of. There are 3 bedrooms, a stylish separate living room - with joinery of quality and character and an upmarket modern bathroom with separate toilet. The kitchen/dining area was renovated a few years ago and now offers everything a foodie could ask for.
The kitchen/dining area has French doors to an expansive deck then onto a large beautifully landscaped vegetable and ornamental garden. The modern cedar potting shed has a window to let in daylight, power and water attached creating a space for many types of activities.
The bus is practically at the gate and this home is only minutes to Central Hutt, Petone, Eastbourne and the local Woburn/Waiwhetu shops and train. Zoned for popular schools.
We love the 'green' outlook from the garden of the bush covered hills, creating that away from it all feeling so close to all amenities.
We are delighted to have been chosen as the marketing agents of this much loved home - we are confident it will create much buyer interest and some lucky person will become the owners of a lovely home at an affordable price.
