Tracy began her career in Real Estate in 1997, since then she hasn’t looked back. Tracy rapidly rose to become a top selling agent and has since won numerous salesperson awards for selling and listing properties.

A good real estate agent might get you a deal but a great real estate agent genuinely cares about you, is passionate about keeping up with the latest market trends and has the very best negotiation skills.

It is vital that when working with an agent it is with someone you can trust, you also need to know that they have the experience to carry a deal through to the very end. Tracy combines a calm, easy going nature with experience of all market conditions to get the best results every single time.

Tracy has lived in the Northern suburbs of Wellington all her life and continue’s to build and maintain personal and business relationships in the community. She currently lives’ in Churton Park with her husband Murray and children William, Anna and Charlotte.

In 2004 Tracy joined forces with Julianne Norman and together they work in a highly successful partnership under the RE/MAX umbrella, the fastest growing real estate group in the world.

Together there business continues to rapidly grow, they both have a natural talent for keeping customers happy and constantly conduct repeat business with satisfied customers.

Julianne started in Real Estate in 2000 and quickly gained experience in a range of roles – from office administrator to property manager and sales manager. After gaining her National Certificate in Real Estate in 2003, she continued studying and became an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand in 2005.

Julianne brings absolute commitment to getting the job done, her enthusiastic and dedicated approach means she leaves no stone un-turned. Julianne’s warm personality along with her great sense of humour ensures many repeat customers.

Along with her husband John she has enjoyed raising three girls in such a family-orientated community. Along with her girls she has a keen interest in squash and in her spare time enjoys playing or supporting squash.

In 2004 Julianne formed a partnership with Tracy Logan to combine the best of their skills and abilities. Their partnership has gone from strength to strength winning many awards and consistently receiving referrals and repeat business.
