So who are Garry and Lisa Tranter?

Garry has lived and worked in Upper Hutt most of his life and has over 20 year’s sales experience including running his own businesses. Garry is a NZ Business School graduate in advanced Sales and Negotiating (only the top 15% graduate from this module).

Garry first started in Real Estate in 1993; he achieved top lister in 3 different companies.

Lisa was born and raised in Upper Hutt and has worked in the customer service area for 10 years.

Lisa has extensive experience in property conveyancing with Strachan and O’Connor.

Lisa also has a Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University majoring in Criminology.

Putting Back Counts

Garry and Lisa put back into the community that they both love. Garry and Lisa have run businesses in Upper Hutt for 14 years. They both have developed relationships with a huge portion of the Hutt Valley, they sponsor 15 children through their business are a major sponsor of Billy Graham’s boxing academy (Billy works with troubled youth throughout the Hutt Valley) they also sponsor Youthtown in Upper Hutt.

Steve Slicker has been working in Real Estate since 1995 training with Bushells, a real estate company in West London before moving to Barnard Marcus in early 1997 and being the top selling agent for 3 consecutive years 1997, 98 and 99. (Top out of 200 agents in 47 offices)

In 2000 Steve opened up the Tate Partnership Real Estate office with his business partner in Chiswick, West London before selling up in 2002 to move to New Zealand with his then wife and young family.

In November 2003 Steve joined Tommy’s Real Estate, In his 2nd year he was ‘Tommy’s Top Selling’ agent in the Hutt Valley and in his 3rd year in Real Estate was ranked 18 in New Zealand with the world’s largest real estate company at his time of leaving.

Steve re-joined Tommys in April 2007 and has won the top agent every year since and in 2017 Steve was the first recipient of The Margo Macauley Supreme Agent Trophy, the first time in Tommy’s history that the award was won by an agent outside of the Wellington office
