Richard’s strong connection to the horticultural industry began early, completing an orchard cadetship after leaving school before establishing and operating a successful contracting business within the fruit packing sector. His hands-on industry knowledge was further enhanced through farming experience in the United Kingdom and the completion of a business diploma.
