Nigel has been selling residential and commercial property both in London and here in Auckland for over 40 years. He has sold more than 1000 properties over the course of his career. He sells in Royal Oak, Epsom, One Tree Hill, Onehunga and Hillsborough and the surrounding suburbs, and has done so for the past 25 years. He has qualified as a Licensed Agent under REAA 2008 and is therefore able to run his own agency.

He has gained multiple awards during his time, including membership in the awards programmes of other real estate brands.
Nigel’s knowledge, proven experience and skill in selling property has earned him much return and referral business, both from vendors who are delighted by his excellent results and genuine concern for vendors, and from purchasers who appreciate his focus on their needs and requirements. A BSc. (Hons.) graduate from The University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (UK) and holding AREINZ status with both Agent and Auctioneer Licences. David has achieved recognition in many forms.

David is passionately involved with several sports, whether it be at an administrative, sponsorship, coaching or playing level, he has travelled the world playing and coaching cricket and is a sponsor and past member of the board of Cornwall Districts Cricket Association. He has also studied and performed with the Covert Theatre Improv Bandits.

David is married to Sarah, they have two children and live in Onehunga.
