Elle has always been very passionate about the property market, with a keen interest in property investment. Having lived in New Zealand for the last five years, she has obtained her Real Estate Licence after landing a scholarship with Leaders and wishes to reflect that passion throughout her career. With a strong background in Marketing and PR, following her employment in one of London's top media agencies, Elle has continued to utilise these skills in her PR Consulting role for KiwiSport and Sport Wellington. She has an extensive network of media contacts in an array of NZ publications, as well as appearing on TV and radio with her Sunshine Style project.

As a natural-born networker who loves a good old chat, Elle has built up a great network of contacts specific to the Wellington region, and is now rapidly expanding these throughout New Zealand. Elle has two young daughters and moved to NZ with partner, Paul Ifill, striker for the Wellington Phoenix FC, after an opportunity arose for Paul to play football in the Hyundai A-League. Both her and her family have fallen in love with the country and the people, and have recently bought a family home in Wellington, as well as gaining their residency.

Elle is a very committed ambassador and fundraiser for Cure Kids, with whom she became involved with following the loss of her one year old cousin, George, to cancer in April 2010. In his memory she launched a fundraising site www.sunshinestyle.co.nz and found her skills were well suited, and has since been involved in many community fundraisers and projects.
