Debbie has over 20 years experience in real estate and over this time has been widely recognised as a high achiever. Debbie has won many awards over her career including: Runner-up Sales Person in 2005 and 2006, Top 2% performer, and was also voted Wellington’s Best Real Estate Agent by listeners of “The Breeze” radio station in 2005.

Debbie is energetic, passionate and sincere. These qualities have kept her at the top of her field. Debbie’s negotiating skills are outstanding and she prides herself on repeat business. This alone has enabled her to make many friends and endless acquaintances through real estate.
Debbie’s career has been guided by successful mentors and world class trainers giving her knowledge in all aspects of listing and selling, negotiating right through to management.

In 2009 Debbie obtained the National Certificate in Real Estate allowing her to give professional advice on all aspects of real estate. In 2014 she gained her Agents License.

Debbie has experience in the marketing of new and existing homes, sub divisions, residential developments. This, coupled with her real estate and community activities, has allowed Debbie to develop a vast network of industry contacts nationally and internationally to provide significant support and assistance in the marketing of your home.

With 13 years’ experience working in real estate and assisting people with buying and selling property, Philippa has both the experience and maturity to satisfy the demands associated with real estate in these modern times.

During that time Philippa attained several awards recognising her achievements. After having a six year break she is now refreshed, relicensed and looking forward to meeting with clients and customers, some of whom she will already know and some she has yet to meet.

In her 40-plus years of employment Philippa has always worked with the public in many ways and from a variety of walks of life. Philippa has a real affinity with people and an ability to relate to all personalities and circumstances.
