As well as a bubbly open personality, Diane is a Hutt girl at heart having grown up here attending local schools. In her adult life she has been very active in the community on her own terms and in support of her three children. As a primary school teacher, sports coach, president of the swim club, manager of sport teams, and various parent association positions.

Diane has extensive real estate knowledge from both sides of the transaction, having purchased her first home at 19, frequent home upgrades and investment property transactions. She also knows the Hutt Valley inside out due to her life and upbringing in the area.

In her free time Diane enjoys reading, supporting and encouraging her children’s sporting and cultural endeavours, along with walking & cycling when time permits.

Diane lives her life on the basis of treating people on how she wishes to be treated, believes in karma and random acts of kindness.

A lifelong interest in property, a marketing background and a genuine passion for working with people has meant real estate has been a natural progression for Rochelle, and she is excited and delighted to be bringing her knowledge and skills to the market.

Raised in Lower Hutt, Rochelle is a strong advocate for the Hutt Valley and all that it offers. The beach, the bushwalks, the river trails, the café culture and relaxed pace of life come together to make the Hutt Valley a wonderfully balanced place to live, a welcome wind down after a busy day.

Rochelle has owned property in Lower Hutt for over 12 years and now raises her 3 children here, giving her a wealth of knowledge about the Hutt Valley, its facilities, its schooling and its diverse communities. A passionate community worker with a long time involvement on school committees and sports clubs has given her a vast and varied network of contacts throughout the whole Wellington region.

Her caring, respectful and positive personality has allowed Rochelle to develop strong trusted relationships and her ability to empathise and listen closely ensures that the advice she offers will exceed expectations. She understands that it is a real privilege to be invited into a person’s private residence and believes each property has its own unique features and deserves a specialised programme of profile marketing and service to achieve the best possible result.

Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, pottering in the garden, interior design, DIY and getting outdoors for exercise and the general enjoyment of fresh air!
