This one has been in the family since it was built and it's now time to let it go.
Located close to shops, train and bus, direct access to the motorway, walking distance to colleges, intermediates and primary schools. You could say it's located perfectly!
The home itself is comprised of three bedrooms, separate lounge with fireplace, kitchen and toilet with two bathrooms, one with a shower and adjoined laundry and the other with a bath and hand basin. In the back section there is a utility room with power. The garage has an adjoining workshop too.
With a great family sized section with lovely mature plants and fruit trees this one is screaming out for some lucky people to call home.
We all know they're selling quick so don't delay call to view today.
It was not until I spent time away from Real Estate and then returning to this role that I realised how much I love working in this industry.
I love and thrive on variety, the changing and challenging role that Real Estate offers not to mention the people, the properties and the scenery which is constantly changing.
The Real Estate industry is a service industry and I am acutely aware of the importance of strong and clear communication when dealing with vendors, and prospective buyers. In my opinion strong and clear communication is one of the key aspects which contributes to making a sometimes stressful time flow smoothly and for everyone involved to have a clear understanding of what happens next.
Doing a good job and helping people to get to where they want to be and seeing them happy with their choice of home or the benefits of a good sale gives me a sense of achievement and fulfilment I have not experienced in any other job.
I have spent most of my life living in Upper Hutt and feel we have a special place with loads of parks, rivers, walks, and yes valleys with plenty of room for future growth in the area.
