Immaculate Beach House - Matapouri Bay

For those looking for a very low maintenance home or beach house at one of New Zealand most pristine beaches please give me a call. This coastal home has been designed so that the owners have plenty of time to enjoy everything our coast has to offer. A very short safe walk to the beach and also Matapouri estuary without having to cross any main roads. Launch the boat near by, stroll to the shop nearby, walk a little further to Whale Bay and Woolley's or drive over the hill for lunch and dinner and one of the many restaurants on the Tutukaka marina. This is a very attractive home with loads of room for tents, boats, campers etc. Oh and it also has it's own bore water so no problem with longer showers and of course washing down the boat.
