Anna emigrated from China in 2001, and completed a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management in Auckland. While she was studying she worked part-time in the hotel industry, soon earning a promotion. After completing her studies she took on a full-time position, further developing her customer service skills. Her drive, maturity and discipline soon had her to promoted to supervisor then assistant manager. As someone who enjoyed the people interaction, Anna was then drawn to a career in real estate.
