As well as a bubbly open personality, Diane is a Hutt girl at heart having grown up here attending local schools. In her adult life she has been very active in the community on her own terms and in support of her three children. As a primary school teacher, sports coach, president of the swim club, manager of sport teams, and various parent association positions.

Diane has extensive real estate knowledge from both sides of the transaction, having purchased her first home at 19, frequent home upgrades and investment property transactions. She also knows the Hutt Valley inside out due to her life and upbringing in the area.

In her free time Diane enjoys reading, supporting and encouraging her children’s sporting and cultural endeavours, along with walking & cycling when time permits.

Diane lives her life on the basis of treating people on how she wishes to be treated, believes in karma and random acts of kindness.

Rene’s real estate career started in Auckland in 2001 amongst the hustle and bustle of a big city – and she loved it! She has found meeting people and helping them in their real estate journey has been a pleasure. No two days are the same and with her natural ability and genuine passion for working with people she has been able to help many people achieve their dream.

Rene’s family purchased a property and moved to Lower Hutt in 2004 whereupon she took a break to raise two boys while still retaining an interest in property and the market through investment properties. They have found Lower Hutt a brilliant place to settle and have never regretted it with so much to do and see. Passionate about the community she has been involved in all of her children’s school committee’s and sporting clubs. She worked with Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis for a number of years fundraising for them also.

Rene understands how important buying and selling your property is and that it is a privilege to be invited into your home. She believes each property has its own unique aspects and tailors marketing to suit and reflect this. She offers exceptional listening skills and genuine guidance throughout the negotiation process.

Choosing a real estate agent can be confusing and sometimes a little scary. Rene maintains you have to feel comfortable with your agent and be able to ask any question whether it be big or small. You have to honestly trust them to do right by you and not feel like you are just another job to them. They need to care and understand while also being professional and knowledgeable.
