Hayley joined Leonie and Steve following 10 years as a Regional Personal Assistant for Harcourts. she has a great sense of humour and runs the Leonie & Steve office like clockwork.

Sally Kenna
Sally joined the team in 2017 and is our 'Girl Friday' and and office Cheer Leader. She is tonnes of fun and loves working with buyers.

Leonie Snook - Owner - Senior Harcourts Agent

Leonie has a Masters Degree in Behavioural Psychology (First Class Honours) and a diploma in business including marketing. Before real estate, Leonie spent 8 years in the corporate environment of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise as a Strategic Programme Manager. Leonie leads 'Marketing Strategy and Campaigns' for clients. She has a natural empathy, especially for our seller and buyers, having gone through the process of buying selling for many years. She is also understands the online, and technical world including FaceBook advertising and the power of the TEXT. Leonie is the team charity worker, in particular animal, environmental and needy families.

Steve Welsby - Owner - Senior Harcourts Agent

Steve has a Bachelors Degree (Commerce) covering human resources, economics and marketing. Steve’s career before real estate was as a Human Resources Executive, reporting to Chief Executives, and leading union contract negotiations and large organisational and people changes. Steve brings significant professional strength and experience in negotiations and working with people for change and in managing conflict positively. Steve leads the 'Issue Management - Especially Regulatory' and 'Negotiations' for clients. Steve is larger than life, works looong hours (and loves it) and loves running the business at an international best practice level.
