Hi, I'm Jan Booth, and have lived in the Bay since 1978 and believe it is one of the best places in the world to live and raise a family. I have four daughters and nine grandchildren who have grown up and enjoyed being part of the community and schools here. We have a beautiful beach and the fabulous walk around and up the Mount is free for everyone to enjoy.

Working with, and meeting people from all walks of life is what I love to do and my affinity and passion for the Bay area is hard to miss. Rebekka Plane, my eldest daughter works closely with me as part of ‘The Coastal Team’ and we aim for excellence in everything we do.

Sheri Mitchell has no problem throwing the "wellies and Swanndri" on and clambering over fences to show a lifestyle property or removing her high heels to show prospective purchasers through a house. Either way she is "at home".

Sheri's real estate career spans back over 12 years and she certainly had plenty of experience in the outdoors to give her credibility when working with lifestyle property having owned and lived on a small lifestyle near Cambridge for over 20 years. Prior to that she was involved in the agriculture industry here in the Bay of Plenty in the goat and deer sector.

The move to the Waikato saw a change of direction and hospitality got her undivided attention for several years before turning her knowledge of the land and people into money! Sheri very successfully sold lifestyle properties for a boutique Cambridge firm.

Sheri moved back to the Bay recently where she is focussed on marketing and selling both lifestyle and residential property with the progressive EVES brand, based in the Greerton office.
