The centre of entertainment is the kitchen with the two living areas that spread out from it and open on to a sheltered patio. There's a flat and sun-filled garden to play in or to host friends for a drink around the barbecue.

When it comes time to sleep, there are two large double bedrooms and one smaller one. The master bedroom glories in a magnificent bay window that looks on to leafy Ventnor St and gives a glimpse of the harbour. It also has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The family bathroom has both a bath and shower and also contains the laundry area. Finally, for all-important storage, there is a large storage room in the centre of the house and a single-car garage.
