Stephen joined the Real Estate industry in 1988 following an injury whilst a Station Officer in the Fire Service. Stephen has spent a large part of his career training and mentoring many highly successful salespeople and often taking their office to number one in New Zealand.
After years of management and business ownership Stephen along with Debbie and their son Austin are now dedicated to selling once again.
Stephen is without question the most experienced Auctioneer in the area and has a reputation for achieving outstanding results often with record sales prices across all types of properties.
Having lived all her life in the district Debbie’s banking background prior to real estate and local knowledge are also useful attributes when it comes to making Real Estate decisions.
Austin joined the team after completing a tourism degree in 2018 to become their Tech and marketing guy and keep them up to date across all digital platforms and social media.
Heavily involved in the local community over many years Stephen is a multiple past President of Waimauku Lions and receiving a Melvin Jones Fellow award and a winner of the New Zealander of The Year Local Hero category.
Proud parents to 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren they live on a lifestyle property in Waimauku and are well known for their motorcycling trips across the USA. Unfortunately, a traffic accident in early 2021 followed by a long recovery has seen them re focus their lifestyle and business. Still with a great passion for travel they are looking forward more adventures.
