After three decades working in the Entertainment Industry Olaf has returned home from Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he has been performing as a lead vocalist for Carnival Cruise Lines International.
Olaf’s love of the stage and performance commenced at a young age and quickly made a name for himself dancing with the Royal New Zealand Ballet and winning numerous regional and national competitions.
Olaf jumped the ditch in his late teens after winning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree Scholarship to study at the coveted Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne. This led to a 10 year career performing in Australian Musical Theatre productions such as Miss Saigon, Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat, My Fair Lady and Chicago to name a few.
On a brief return home to New Zealand Olaf’s passion for Real Estate started.
20 years ago he purchased his first property in Auckland’s Three Kings and after a stint in Asia performing in Japan and Singapore for Universal Studio’s and Resort’s World Sentosa, Olaf purchased his second property, a gorgeous bungalow in the surrounding area.
While lovingly restoring these properties Olaf focused his creativity into growing a successful landscape gardening business creating beautiful landscapes around Auckland from Takapuna to Mount Albert.
Owning and operating Urban Oasis Landscapes was undeniably rewarding but after 7 years back in New Zealand the itch to travel and perform overseas again was simply too strong and when the opportunity presented itself Olaf jumped at the chance.

During this time Olaf purchased two inner city Apartments one of which he now calls home.

Girls run in the family, with Kate, Emma and Helen all attending Ferndale Kindergarten, Marist Primary then Marist College before going on to University. Granddaughter Kayla has been joined by Darragh and Liam, sons of Helen and Owen.

After 11 years of successfully selling local real estate, and managing a Mt Albert Real Estate Franchise, Anne was ready for the challenge of opening her own office, and with husband Ross, set about establishing Anne Duncan Real Estate in August 2004. It is not surprising it would be an overnight success.

In a short time the team grew to become a dominant player in Mt Albert and surrounding suburbs. Driving through the streets any weekend and seeing the for sale and open home signs will attest to that fact.

The company grew to include the Property Management & Rental Division, and accommodates regular in-house auctions.
