With the recent sales of our house 44 Nicolls Street, I wish to write to you, to thank you for your wonderful assistance. As you are aware we were fought with problems with our previous Real Estate Agent, as with such we sought out another in his replacement. It was an accidental stumbling upon your advert that put us onto you. Your warm and welcome to the challenge was a breath of fresh air. Most of all it appeared to us that when you said you were going to do something you did. The sale of our house was difficult in the respect that we were not in Christchurch to manage the sale and we had to rely wholly on your judgment and execution of the sale. We are also over the moon that you went beyond the call of duty to arrange sparkies and plumbers, for the minor rectifications that we believe should have been brought to our attention by our previous Real Estate Agent.
