I contracted Rhys to sell my dairy farm in 2014 and it had its difficulties but Rhys handled it all with utmost professionalism and presented the farm with the best possible saleable points. Earlier this year a farming neighbour whom I leased out 4 hectares of land to, told me he was selling his 96 hectares of dairy land and tendering it through Bayleys and did I want to sell my separate titled land.
