Through the process we found Professionals, particularly Dan Mark awesome to deal with. Things moved very quickly, in terms of us seeing the property on a Sunday through to the tender process later the same week. Nothing was too much trouble, we saw the property multiple times and had all relevant documentation including a builders and LIM report forwarded to us.
