I have got to know Greg at open homes over the last few years and as a potential buyer have found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed and experienced but most importantly to me - not pushy. Despite real estate being a business I feel like I trust Greg's advice and his obvious local knowledge. I have recently sold my Albert rental property and despite friends advising me to sell privately on 'Trade me' to avoid the real estate agents fee's I sought out Greg having a 'gut' feeling that it would be money well spent. Greg had the house on the market with a large coloured sale board on the street within 4 days of contacting him.
