Phil has done an outstanding job of selling our home. We know Phil because he has actively kept in touch with us over a couple of years, and we have seen his consistent dedication to his work. My wife and I recently used the services of Phil Mitchell on the selling of our investment property in Milford. We had met Phil some months ago at an open home which he was running. We visited the open home twice and were impressed that he remembered our names on the second visit and also impressed with his pleasant relaxed manner. We later requested Phil to market our investment property. He called at our home immediately and completed the paperwork very efficiently. The property was soon being marketed widely and open homes arranged. Before the first open home a buyer was found. She was unable to proceed but a replacement buyer appeared and Phil quickly had that buyer signed up on an unconditional contract and at a price several thousand dollars above the first offer.
