I am writing to you to say a very big thank you for providing such a wonderful Real Estate Agent as Lana Knaapen. This is the second time in a probably 3 years that we have had the privilege of having Lana sell our home. The first being our wee investment in Harvard Grove and the second being our much loved family home of 27 years. Lana made buying my first home as easy as it could be, everything was explained in detail, and she took the time to learn what I was after and then provided a great selection of house's all of which suited me. If I ever feel the need to buy another property I will definitely be giving her a ring.

After trying to sell my house for several months through another company without any success, I listed my property with Lana Knaapen at The Professionals. Lana was excellent to deal with. She was very understanding in regards to the issues surrounding the house sale. Hello Lana, You are by far the nicest and friendliest real estate agent I have ever met. I originally approached you about a property that ended up not being right for me, and you took the initiative to show me not just one, but several homes that would. We found one together that I loved so much that I put an offer down straight away - even with short notice, there was no pressure at all to complete the sale, and you guided me through all of the tricky legal paperwork that might have otherwise scared me away, and made the process go very smoothly. I ended up just short of receiving that property, but rather than feeling discouraged, you encouraged me to keep looking. I ended up finding a house in another area, and I only wish that you could have been the one to sell it to me. It's been a pleasure to work with you.
