I would like to strongly encourage anyone to employee the services of Sharon Williams as their Real-Estate Agent. Simply put, Sharon Williams, armed with only her data base and a trade me add to direct people to online managed to get 67 groups through 2 weekends of open homes, nearly 5,000 people viewed the trade me add and I had multiple offers within 5% of expected price coming in from day one. The house was unconditional within 16days and settled in a further 5. I have read in the herald this is all common in the current market but what sets Sharon Williams apart from the other agents is that when she came to see the property unlike the other agents when she asked me how much I wanted for my property she wasn’t put off, where all the other agents told me that I would have to be more realistic. My final result was a sale price more than one and a half times my GV that was only a month old, $20,000 more than I expected and ABSOLOUTELY SMASHING the record for sale price on Elliot Street buy about $60,000. Making my house, with the lowest GV on the street now the most expensive.

I found Sharon Williams from Harvey’s an absolute pleasure to work with in buying our house.  She is a real people person, and is genuinely concerned about her clients needs and wants.  She would always ask if it was a good time to speak,  and would be concerned that she wouldn't come across as too pushy, and of course she never was, as it was always a pleasure to hear from Sharon, and I definitely always recommend her.
