Hi, I’m Jordan Royal and I’m excited to follow in my father’s footsteps by carving out my own career in real estate.

I know what it takes to succeed in this industry, having learned much of what I know from my greatest mentor. Dad worked extremely hard for his success, and I’m also determined to go the extra mile on behalf of my clients to get the job done.

I have a Bachelor of Management Studies degree (Waikato University), with a double major in marketing and electronic business. This, combined with my experience in social media promotion, puts me in a strong position to execute first class campaigns to sell residential property, striking the best possible price every time.

When you put your trust in me to help you buy or sell a home, expect me to communicate with you every step of the way. I’ll work anytime – day, night, or weekends – to make a deal work, because timing, negotiation and action is critical.

I believe in honest feedback and the ability to understand the various motives of all stakeholders.

Quite simply, the real estate business is about people, and it’s the initiative and professional approach of the agent that can mean the difference between a great sale and an average sale (or no sale at all!).

On the personal front, I enjoy playing rugby in my spare time and I have an interest in crypto-currency. My partner Janine is a school teacher and together we’re enjoying being part of the Hamilton community. It’s a vibrant, confident, and dynamic city and we feel privileged to be establishing our careers and lives here.
