A true local, Bailey grew up on her family's dairy farm just outside Rotorua. Now she is living in Ngongotaha with her partner and they have just finished renovating their first home.

Outside of work you will find Bailey either playing tennis or spending time at the local Aeroclub, Bailey completed her commercial pilot’s license in Hawke’s Bay in 2019
