Quentin Landreth

“I’m a country boy. I know how to work hard and I know how to walk the talk.”
That might sound like the words of a country song — but that’s me. Quentin Landreth — born and bred in Hawea, and proud of it.
I know the Upper Clutha area — and I love to share that knowledge, a knowledge which gives me the background I need to be fully informed about real estate here, whether it be farms or lifestyle blocks or houses in town.
I’m not an office kind of bloke. I’d rather be out there meeting people, so you’ll often find me on the West Coast, or talking farming business in a woolshed... I’m comfortable anywhere.
I was a stonemason apprentice for five years, I’ve got papers as a chef, a diploma in the stock and station industry, owned a property development company and before going into real estate three years ago was managing a farm at Paddock Bay.
So if you want a bloke to sell you a farm, a lifestyle block or a house and who knows a thing or two about cooking, building walls and rounding up a flock or two, all the while keeping an eye out for something which could make a bob or two, look no further — I’m your man.
I’m also a devoted dad with a young spirited family — and love watching them growing up and enjoying the life we are so privileged to enjoy in living here in Wanaka.
